Panretinal Photocoagulation

Proliferative diabetic retinopathy demonstrating:

• Neovascularization elsewhere (NVE) on the superior and inferior temporal arcades. Note the small wheel-like network at the inferotemporal quadrant
• Fibrovascular proliferations in the paramacular area
• Preretinal and vitreous hemorrhages in the temporal mid periphery area
• Diffuse scatter retinal scars post panretinal photocoagulation (PRP)
