Inferior Hemicentral Retinal Vein Occlusion

• Occurs in individuals with "Dual Trunk" anomaly.
• The occlusion may affect either the superior or inferior central retinal vein before they unite into common central retinal vein.
• The occlusion usually occurs at or near the optic disc.
• Clinical features: the entire superior or inferior half of the fundus is involved.
• Commonly precipitated by hypertension.

• Neovascularization
