Inferior Hemicentral Retinal Vein Occlusion
- Occurs in individuals with "Dual Trunk" anomaly.
- The occlusion may affect either the superior or inferior central retinal vein before they unite into common central retinal vein.
- The occlusion usually occurs at or near the optic disc.
- Clinical features: the entire superior or inferior half of the fundus is involved.
- Commonly precipitated by hypertension.
