Urology Interest Group
We host events such as panels, suturing and laparoscopy workshops, and opportunities to join resident simulation/technical training labs. This group serves as a source of research and funding opportunities in the Department of Urology.
Benefits
This club will serve as a conduit for students to gain more exposure to urology. This can benefit students by providing early exposure to the field, which in turn can help students to find urology-related research opportunities as well as mentorship. We hope that this group can attract prospective Urology residency applicants and also help to mitigate student stress among upperclass students who may be considering this field.
