Recruitment and Retention of Diverse Faculty

The Office of the Dean of the Faculties of Health Sciences and Medicine manages a number of competitive requests for proposals processes that aim to foster, retain and recruit diverse faculty at CUIMC. These include:

• Junior Faculty Diversity Grants
• Faculty Recruitments from Underrepresented Groups
