Filing a Complaint Outside Due Process:
We are open and amenable to constructive feedback regarding our program, alumni, and students, to foster excellence in all aspects of our program's mission. We routinely utilize feedback provided to us from internal and external stakeholders.
To provide feedback, please contact the Director of the Programs in Physical Therapy, Dr. Jean Fitzpatrick (Timmerberg) at jt2634@cumc.columbia.edu or (212) 305-2814. If a complaint is reported, Dr. Fitzpatrick will investigate the matter, or resolve the complaint, and respond within 10 business days.
