VP&S New Faculty Orientation

The Office of Faculty Professional Development and Engagement hosts a VP&S New Faculty Orientation for faculty who joined VP&S within the last three years. It is held annually in the fall.

This program offers an introduction to resources that support the success of VP&S faculty and covers the following topics:

  • An organizational overview of CUIMC and VP&S
  • An introduction to appointments, promotion, and tenure processes and pathways at CUIMC
  • An overview of CUIMC and VP&S financial organization
  • Resources for educators
  • Resources for researchers
  • Resources for clinicians
  • Overview of compliance policies and resources
  • Faculty professional development resources and opportunities

Faculty in attendance also have the opportunity to meet fellow faculty and school leaders.
