Congenital Sutural
- Usually congenital and familial with X-linked inheritance
- Males usually have a significant cataract and females only have minimal opacities
- Symptoms: vision is usually not affected, except in males with significant opacification
- Signs: the opacity follows the shape of anterior or posterior Y suture and not progressive
