Education

The Department of Radiation Oncology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (NewYork-Presbyterian) trains future radiation oncologists and medical physicists in fully-accredited training programs. We are also a training site for future Radiation Therapists through our affiliation with Manhattan College and its Radiation Therapy Technology program.

Radiation Oncology Residency Training Program

The Department offers a four-year certified training program (PGY-2 to 5), fully accredited by the ACGME, leading to the American Board of Radiology certification in Radiation Oncology
