Abdul Hannan, PhD
- Associate Research Scientist
Abdul Hannan is currently focused on developing a mouse model to investigate pediatric glaucoma, with particular emphasis on the development of the trabecular meshwork and Schlemm’s canal and their roles in glaucomatous eye disease. Outside the laboratory, he enjoys spending his leisure time exploring hiking trails along the Hudson River and sampling the diverse culinary offerings of New York City.

Emily Richters
- Research Technician
Emily is currently focused on using human iPSCs to model ocular endothelial cell development. She is also a part-time Master's student in Biotechnology at Columbia University. Emily has three marathons under her belt. You can bet that at any given time, she is probably training for the next one!

Joshua Ramkissoon
- Research Technician
He first joined as an undergraduate at Columbia, becoming a full-time member upon finishing his degree, continuing to assist with the lab's various projects. Outside the lab, he enjoys playing the guitar and piano.

Roshnni Rajkumar
- Research Technician
She graduated from Fordham University before joining the lab, and assists with various projects. In her free time, she likes to make art and play video games.

Wylie Dodson
- Undergraduate Research Technician
Wylie is a senior in Columbia College studying neuroscience and works in the lab assisting with the various ongoing projects examining the development of the trabecular meshwork and Schlemm’s canal in the context of pediatric glaucoma. Outside of the lab, she enjoys serving as the technical director for several on-campus theater productions.
