Precision Ophthalmology 2026 is a one-day, case-based ophthalmology CME conference focused on the management of complex ophthalmic cases that challenge conventional thinking and demand multidisciplinary expertise. This year’s program brings together practicing ophthalmologists, optometrists, trainees, and ophthalmic team members for an immersive learning experience.
Through real-world case presentations, surgical and clinical video review, and interactive panel discussions, this ophthalmology conference highlights the diagnostic dilemmas, surgical complications, and decision-making processes that keep clinicians up at night—and the strategies that ultimately lead to better patient outcomes.

Presenters: CUIMC Students, Residents, Fellows, Postdoctoral Scientists and keynote speaker
Audience: CUIMC Learners of all levels, faculty, staff, and alumni
The day will provide the opportunity for ophthalmology trainees to showcase research and clinical cases. This day is a continuation of our longstanding tradition of honoring Dr. John Flynn’s dedication to teaching the next generation of ophthalmologists. The day will conclude with The John T. Flynn, MD, Memorial Lecture as well as a graduation ceremony and celebration.
