Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program

The Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) Residency is a four-year, CODA-accredited program, with one 1st year position available on July 1st. The objective of the OMFS program is to train postdoctoral residents to become highly qualified professional practitioners in the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.  

About the Program

The program at Harlem Hospital Center offers a robust clinical experience with a high-volume clinic in a level 1 trauma center. 

Program Design

The didactic curriculum provides specialized knowledge and skills beyond DDS or DMD training.  The program is 48 months in duration, with 30 months devoted to clinic Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
