Our compact campus and strong collaborative relationship with the leadership of NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital provide us with a unique opportunity to actively participate and take the lead in key hospital committees and projects. This close integration allows us to make pivotal contributions to shaping hospital policies, optimizing patient care, and driving quality improvement initiatives. In addition, there are opportunities to serve on committees and workgroups in education and clinical care at Columbia.

As a result, the Allen Hospitalist Group often serves as a pilot site for innovative programs that benefit our community, NewYork-Presbyterian and CUIMC. Through these initiatives, we remain at the forefront of hospital medicine, patient safety, and healthcare innovation, ensuring that we continually enhance the care we provide.
