7th Annual Rehabilitation Research Day

The Programs in Physical Therapy participated in the 7th Annual Rehabilitation Research Day. Rehabilitation Research Day is a celebration of the interdisciplinary scientific achievements of Rehabilitation Medicine at New York-Presbyterian and its affiliated institutions. Our Columbia University Programs in Physical Therapy alumni Pam Duncan was the keynote speaker. The title of her keynote was "Transitions of Care Across the Post Acute Care Continuum - Challenges and Opportunities." The event was held at the Roy and Diana Vagelos Education Center.

Our very own Dr. Jacqueline Montes participated in a panel discussion following Rehab Research Day. During the panel, she shared perspectives about the beginnings of her research journey and engaged with the audience. You can watch a clip of her session below:
