COMBO Researchers to Present at 2021 COVGEN Alliance Summit

We’re excited to announce that members of the COMBO team will be presenting their research at the upcoming COVGEN Alliance Summit on November 10, 2021. The summit brings together global researchers studying the impacts of COVID-19 on pregnancy, early childhood, and family well-being.

This year, the COMBO team will share findings from three projects:

  • Breastfeeding Practices
Lightning talk led by Dr. Lauren Walzer and Dr. Presley Nichols
Insights into how the pandemic has shaped breastfeeding choices and behaviors among new parents.
  • Infant Neurodevelopment at 9 Months
Lightning talk led by Dr. Morgan Firestein and Jessica Hu
Data on early developmental outcomes and milestones in infants born during the pandemic.
  • Maternal Stress and Infant Temperament
Poster presentation led by Catherine Bianco
Findings on how maternal stress during the pandemic relates to early emotional traits in infants.

Join us as we share key insights from the COMBO cohort and connect with others committed to advancing research on the COVID-19 generation.
