Class of 1996 Establishes Greg Grove Memorial Fund to Enhance Student Mental Health Services

The VP&S Class of 1996 Greg Grove Memorial Student Mental Health Fund was created for its 25th Reunion to increase mental health awareness, services, and support for VP&S students. Despite the existence of excellent clinical resources for students to access, there is a need for additional support.
The fund offers a course to medical and other graduate students at CUIMC to help them identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The plan is to pilot the program with first year medical (incl. MD-PhD) and dental students in the spring of 2023, with a goal to offer the program to all students at CUIMC.
