The AI at VP&S Research Forum is a monthly seminar connecting investigators across the Columbia University’s Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons who develop and apply AI methods in biomedical research. The series offers a collaborative space to share works in progress, explore emerging methods, and build interdisciplinary partnerships.
- Format: Monthly 45-minute presentations followed by informal discussion and networking. Programming alternates between clinical applications, basic science AI topics, and periodic journal clubs reviewing breakthrough literature.
- Annual Symposium: A broader showcase hosted at the end of the academic year, featuring campus-wide projects, live tool demonstrations, and invited guest presentations.
- Schedule: Second Tuesday of each month, 5:30-7:00, unless otherwise noted.
