Murray Lab

Dr. Murray is an expert in imaging and leads the CCHD/CSCT microscopy core. The core has the following equipment: two Leica DMi8 inverted fluorescence deconvolution microscopes, a Leica SP8-DLSM microscope that is dedicated to light sheet microscopy of organoids, a Zeiss 710 confocal microscope, a Zeiss live cell Axio Observer inverted modular microscope that allows for automated live cell imaging, a Leica M165 FC  fluorescence dissecting stereomicroscope, A Leica Stellaris 8 confocal/super-resolution microscope, and an Acquifer HIVE server with AIVA imaging software that is dedicated to data storage and analysis. This core is essential for the analysis and imaging of stem cells, stem cell differentiation, organoids and engraftment in vivo.
