Faculty Development Series for the Operating Room: “Excellence in Surgical Teaching”
The Faculty Development Series for the Operating Room guides key aspects of professional development and faculty success essential to developing one’s career at CUIMC. This session is tailored to the needs of procedural faculty and will focus on the excellence in surgical teaching through shared approaches to intraoperative education, a panel discussion of best practices, and the importance of teaching documentation and resident evaluations for academic advancement.
