Career Development
We believe that world-class scientific training must be complemented by intentional career development that prepares students for success within academia and beyond. VIBRE's goal is to help students excel in their studies while building the skills and confidence needed to pursue their career aspirations.
Drawing on Columbia University’s exceptional faculty, cross-disciplinary collaborations, extensive alumni network, university partnerships, and the unique opportunities of New York City we provide a rich environment for professional growth.
Our services and programs are grounded in a professional development planning cycle that supports career exploration and advancement throughout students' training. Through personalized guidance, targeted programming, and a strong community of support, we are committed to helping students achieve their next career goal.
