Message From the Director
Diagnostics are a driver of precision medicine, informing treatment decisions and shaping how we define health and disease. The pace of discovery across medical imaging, molecular science, and data analytics has far outstripped the traditional boundaries of diagnostic practice, presenting new opportunities for early detection and understanding of individual health.
The Center for Advanced Diagnostic Research (CADRe) was established to bridge these divides and to accelerate the translation of discovery into clinical practice and patient care. CADRe brings together scientists in imaging, biology, chemistry, engineering, predictive analytics, informatics, as well as clinicians to foster a collaborative environment where new technologies and data-driven insights are developed, validated, and integrated into patient care.
Our goal is to advance diagnostics that enable earlier and more accurate disease detection while accounting for differences among individuals. Through the integration of complementary disciplines, the Center aims to redefine diagnostics as a dynamic science that not only supports precision medicine but also delivers measurable impact at the population level. We invite you to join us in this endeavor to transform the way we see, understand, and diagnose disease, advancing the future of healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and scientific excellence.
