EQUIP

The EQUIP Center for Learning Health System Science drives patient safety initiatives across New York City health systems. The EQUIP Center is focused on addressing the intersection of quality and patient safety with health equity. 

EQUIP spans five institutions: Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC), Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM), NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP), Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Montefiore Medical Center. The application process is divided into two groups: NYP, which includes CUIMC and WCM researchers, and Montefiore, which includes Einstein researchers. See below for more information.
