CIMBID welcomes engagement from faculty and trainees across Columbia, as well as industry and community partners! Please see below the many ways to get involved.

Faculty

CIMBID membership is open to full-time faculty in the Columbia University community. Membership includes access to CIMBID seminars, newsletters, workshops, seed funding opportunities, and research infrastructure. Please fill in the brief application form below, which is reviewed on a rolling basis by our Scientific Steering Committee.

We welcome inquiries from trainees across all levels about opportunities to work with and become involved in CIMBID. Please submit the student inquiry form to connect with CIMBID faculty and research labs, and we will reach out with more information.

We are in the process of building exciting programs for partnering with industry. From scientific collaboration to rapid software and technology prototyping and commercialization, CIMBID, together with Columbia Technology Ventures, is spearheading new strategies to innovate with industry.
