Mamonkin Lab
Principal Investigator
The Mamonkin Laboratory develops engineered cell therapies for diseases with high unmet needs and advances them into early-phase clinical trials. We are exploring new approaches for hematologic malignancies, brain and solid tumors, as well as other challenging conditions, including auto- and allo-immunity, with a special emphasis on pediatric indications.
Our projects range from testing innovative ideas in cell engineering and manufacturing to translating innovative strategies to the clinic and conducting correlative studies in patients. MLab technologies have been tested in four investigator-initiated Phase 1 studies and led to industry-sponsored trials, including a multi-center Phase 2 study in T-cell malignancies. We thrive on collaboration and are always open to new connections.
