Optimizing Mentee/Mentoring Relationships

A series on optimizing relationships between mentors and mentees. Each session consists of a lecture followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. Topics covered include:

  • Choosing a mentor/mentee
  • Giving feedback to mentors/mentees
  • Do's and don'ts for mentors/mentees
  • Handling difficulties in the mentor-mentee relationship
